We're sorry you're not satisfied with your RAW Super Drink purchase! If you have changed your mind about your order you can return the products within 14 calendar days and we will issue a refund.
You will have to return or deliver the products directly to our warehouse located at Calle Leonardo Da Vinci 61, 33211 Gijón (Asturias, Spain). Remember! The products to be returned must be in the same state in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box. Likewise, if it is a promotional pack, the whole pack must be returned without being able to be divided. The costs of return must be assumed by the customer.
As soon as we receive the returned products, we proceed to check them and if everything is correct, we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been issued. In these cases RAW Super Drink will proceed with the refund of the products received, but not the shipping costs.

What do I do if I receive the wrong order or it is defective?

Contact our customer service at email@example.com indicating your order number in the subject line (you can find it in the order confirmation e-mail) and attaching photos of the products received so that we can check what the incident was.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (*items in the clothing and jerseys section)
The deadline for returns in our online shop is 14 days from receipt of order. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all tags and labels. All returned items are inspected. The return costs are to be borne by the customer.
As an exception, for the RAW by GOBIK™ - Cadence Rainbow Jersey, NO returns or size exchanges will be possible.due to the Pre-Order mode by which the item is purchased and due to the limited number of units available.
Personalised products, masks, caps, hats, socks or similar are excluded.
