Shipping policy

Delivery dates 

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible and we work on that line to make it possible. Our goal is to meet delivery times and improve them whenever possible.

Delivery times refer to working days and count from the moment you receive the order confirmation email. However, in periods of launches, promotions or campaigns such as Black Friday these times are not guaranteed.

In order to know when your order will be shipped, please check your email inbox. We will send you a confirmation as your order has been placed, then another confirmation as the order has been completed and finally a third shipping confirmation of your order where you will be able to find the tracking and follow your shipment at all times.

If you place your order on a working day before 1pm, you may receive it even on the following day. On weekends or holidays, deliveries are handled on the next working day. 

How does delivery work and what do I do if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made to the indicated delivery address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be sent to your e-mail. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to agree on a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so you can go to pick it up at the agency.

If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to so that we can help you in any way necessary.

 For shipments to the Islands and exports outside the EU, customs management may involve opening the order. 

How can I track my shipment?

What if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you check the address indicated when placing your order to ensure that the data is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been made without generating an additional shipping cost.

All orders processed for Andorra, regardless of the billing and/or shipping address indicated therein, will be delivered to the GLS Delegation of La Seu d'Urgell, at Lleida. As it appears in the section of Shipping before finishing the order.
