The purchase of our products through our website www.rawsuperdrink.com (hereinafter, the "Website") shall be governed by the following Terms of Sale.

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions") is to inform potential buyers of the conditions under which RAW SUPER DRINK proceeds with the sale and delivery of the products ordered and at the same time to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products by RAW SUPER DRINK to the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). These Terms and Conditions shall apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products offered by RAW SUPER DRINK through the Site.

 Therefore, by making a purchase on our Website the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 RAW SUPER DRINK reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions at any time. Likewise, the Conditions applicable to the Order will be those in force at the time the Buyer placed the Order.


 You must be of legal age to purchase our products through the Website.


 The selling price, indicated in euros, of the products offered on the RAW SUPER DRINK Website will be the price in force at the time the order is placed.

The sale price of the products offered on the Website may be modified at any time by RAW SUPER DRINK, the price applied being the price that appears at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer.

The price does not include shipping costs, which will vary according to the value of the products purchased, as well as the place of shipment. Shipping costs will be indicated before the Buyer completes the order. Shipping costs may be changed at any time by RAW SUPER DRINK.

The prices include the Value Added Tax in force.


It is very easy! The first step is to choose the flavour and format you prefer, to do this you will have to go to the top of the website and choose the section you are most interested in, you will see that you can buy different packs according to the format, flavour and/or promotion you are most interested in.

By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart, you will also find nutritional information about the products and their ingredients, as well as ratings from other users.

Once you have added products to your cart you can continue shopping, adding more products to your cart, or you can change the quantities of each product. When you have decided what your order is going to be, click on "FINISH ORDER" and then fill in your contact information and shipping address, select the shipping method and payment method. The personal data you enter on the Website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 Finally, we remind you that by placing your order you are accepting these Conditions of Sale and our Terms and Conditions of Use. Privacy Policy and you declare tohave read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy . In case you place an order for a Pre-Order item, you declare to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Pre-Order items .

When the order has been completed and the payment has been processed correctly, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order. When the order has left our warehouse, you will receive another e-mail with the shipping confirmation and the tracking link.

The payment methods accepted on the Website are bank card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Shoppay. The bank cards accepted on the Website are Visa and MasterCard.

All bank card holders are subject to validation and authentication checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of the purchaser's payment card refuses, or for any reason does not authorise payment on our behalf, whether prior or subsequent to a payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Once all steps have been completed, you will be directed back to the RAW SUPER DRINK Website, where a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. You will be charged as soon as RAW SUPER DRINK sends the order confirmation to the Buyer.

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible and we work along those lines to make that possible. Our goal is to meet delivery times and improve them whenever possible. Delivery times refer to working days and count from the moment you receive the order confirmation email. Even so, there are periods of launches, promotions or Black Friday campaigns in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.

In order to know when your order is shipped, please check the inbox of the email you have provided us with. We will send you a confirmation that your order has been placed, then a confirmation that the order has been completed and finally another confirmation of shipment of your order where you can find the tracking and track your shipment at all times.

If you place your order on a working day before 13:00h and depending on the shipping area, you could receive it even the next day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are managed the next business day.

Operation of the shipment

The Order will be delivered to the address that the Buyer has indicated as the delivery address. RAW SUPER DRINK only delivers in Spain including the Balearic and Canary Islands. Deliveries outside the Peninsula will have an additional cost. We do not deliver to Ceuta and Melilla. 

A first delivery attempt of the Order will be made at the delivery address provided by the Buyer, if the Buyer is absent at that time, the carrier will try to make a new delivery the next business day. After this first delivery attempt, the carrier will try to contact the Buyer to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery the Buyer is again absent, the Order will be stored in the destination delegation of the corresponding area and the Buyer will have up to 10 working days to go and pick it up.

If after 10 days from the second failed delivery attempt, the Order will be returned to RAW SUPER DRINK and the Order will be refunded to the Buyer, in the same payment method used to make the purchase, return and shipping costs previously deducted.

Shipment tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation in your e-mail when we have shipped your Order from our warehouse. In that shipping confirmation you will find a tracking link to your Order so you can keep track of where your Order is at all times, you can even choose your preferred time slot and even pick up at a collection point for your convenience!

Incidents, damage or damaged packages

It is recommended to the Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, to check at the time of delivery the external condition of the package and the products.

 In the event of any anomaly related to the condition of the package (e.g. damaged, open, with traces of liquids, etc.) or related to the products ordered (missing product(s), damaged product(s)), the Buyer must follow the appropriate procedure, from among those described below:

  • Procedure in case of damaged package
  • Refuse the delivery and leave a detailed record of the incident. In addition, we recommend taking photos of the package to be able to provide them as proof.
  • Write to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of the order via email customercare@rawsuperdrink.com informing about the reason for the refusal of delivery and attach photos of the damaged package.
  • Procedure in case of missing, damaged or incorrectly ordered product
  • Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of the order via email customercare@rawsuperdrink.com informing about the reason for refusal of delivery and attach photos of the Order.

Failure to comply with the above procedures shall preclude the possibility of recourse against the carrier and RAW SUPER DRINK. In particular, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim any refund. The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, will not be able to demand from RAW SUPER DRINK the replacement of the products ordered.


If the Buyer has changed their mind about their order they can return the goods within 14 calendar days and we will issue a refund.

The Buyer will have to return or deliver the products directly to our warehouse located at Calle Leonardo Da Vinci 61, 33211 Gijón (Asturias, Spain). Remember! The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box. In accordance with the applicable regulations, the legal right of withdrawal may not be exercised in products that have been unsealed and therefore, may involve risks for reasons of hygiene or health protection of consumers. Likewise, if it is a promotional pack, you must return the entire pack without being able to be divided. The return costs must be borne by the customer.

As soon as we receive the returned products, we proceed with the verification of them and if everything is correct, we will contact the Buyer to confirm that the refund has been issued. In these cases RAW Super Drink will proceed with the refund of the products received, but not the shipping costs.

In case the order is incorrect or defective, we will take care of everything at no cost to the Buyer.

The Buyer should contact our Customer Service Team at info@rawsuperdrink.com, indicating the details of your order and we will help you.


All products for sale on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee in accordance with the applicable regulations and by the guarantee against hidden defects, which allows the Buyer to return defective or non-conforming products delivered to him free of charge.

In the event that this happens, RAW SUPER DRINK will handle the entire process at no cost to the Buyer. The Buyer must follow the following procedure: 

  • Send an e-mail to info@rawsuperdrink.com indicating the order number and a photograph of what you have received, so that we can make the appropriate checks.

Once RAW SUPER DRINK receives the returned products, it will proceed with their revision through quality control. Two situations may occur:

  • If quality control determines that the returned product is non-conforming or defective, the Customer Service Team will contact the Buyer with two options. 
  • Replace the product with an identical product depending on available stock.
  • Refund the price of the product, initial shipping costs and return costs, when the replacement of the product is impossible. 
  • If the quality control does not detect any non-conformity or manufacturing defect of the returned product, the Customer Service Team will contact the Buyer to inform him that the price of the product will be refunded minus the initial shipping and return costs. 

If the Buyer has placed an Order and wishes to cancel it, he/she should contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible by e-mail: customercare@rawsuperdrink.com.

If the Order has not yet been processed, RAW SUPER DRINK will proceed to cancel the Order and refund the total amount of the purchase. On the other hand, if the order has already been processed and/or shipped, it will not be possible to proceed to its cancellation so the Buyer must follow the return process.

 These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the Spanish State. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
